About Us:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail who thrives in a structured yet flexible work environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Prepare and send customer statements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

  • Manage credit notes and adjustments as needed.

  • Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end processes.

  • Communicate with customers to resolve any discrepancies or queries.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions.

  • Assist with filing, data entry, and administrative tasks as required.



Skills & Qualifications:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks).

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
