Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in technical engineering support as directed by the Technical & Production Managers
- Analyze statistical process control data using Minitab software to drive performance improvements
- Monitor and optimize product processing routes and associated equipment
- Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production activities
- Generate engineering concepts, including Engineering Change Control
- Ensure compliance with AS9100 QA system and company quality control standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield and efficiency
- Create and interpret 3D CAD drawings for engineering projects
- Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to enhance reliability
- Maintain accurate documentation and process records
Skills & Experience Required:
- Expertise in process design and process engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in statistical process control and data analysis
- Familiarity with ceramics industry processes (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of AS9100 QA system and quality control principles
- Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling and engineering documentation
