About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team in Corby as a Trainee Lab Technician. No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. If you are eager to learn and want to develop a career in a specialised laboratory role, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Mix ingredients accurately according to technical specifications and formulas.
Prepare and label samples for internal testing or customer approval.
Conduct standard tests
Perform QC checks on finished products and compare against approved standards.
Record all formulas, batch notes, and adjustments accurately.
Skills & Attributes:
Good standard of English and Mathematics (GCSEs not essential).
Competent with IT and basic computer use.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable, responsible, and hardworking.
Physically able to lift up to 25 kg unassisted.
Available for full-time, permanent employment after the temp period.
