As our Engineering Supervisor (Days), you'll play a key part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment and facilities.
You'll lead and support a small team of engineers, driving high standards in maintenance, planning, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and manage day-to-day engineering activities across the site.
Lead maintenance planning for planned and unplanned shutdowns.
Oversee spare parts management, procurement, and stock control.
Support and develop the engineering team to deliver proactive maintenance and problem-solving.
Ensure all engineering work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Drive improvements in plant reliability, downtime reduction, and preventative maintenance.
Collaborate with production and planning teams to minimize disruption and maximize uptime.

YOU WILL NEED
Time-served Engineer with mechanical or electrical bias OR ant recognised engineering qualifications
Proven experience in maintenance supervision or team leadership within a food / fmcg manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of planned maintenance systems (PPM) and asset management.
Confident in planning shutdowns, prioritising workloads, and managing spare parts.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on approach.
