Role:Data Centre Shift Technician
Shift Pattern:12 hour shifts, on a Continental basis (Mix of Days and Nights)
Salary: Up to £47,500 per annum
Type:Permanent

Trevett Servicesare currently searching for a Data Centre Technicianon apermanent basis starting as soon as possible based in Bathwith one of the UK's leading Globalcommercial real estate services & investment companies.

Duties:
  • Complete PPM's across HV and LV distribution systems, plants and HVAC equipment as per the CMMS system orders.
  • React to and monitorsBMS alarms and repair.
  • Attend AC related clients issues.
  • Building walk arounds and take meter readings.
  • Identify, investigate and remedy faults on site.
  • Participate in call out rota
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Electrical Competency Parts 1 & 2 or Equivalent
  • Former experience in a Building Services environment.
  • 18th Edition IEE
  • HV Approved Person.
  • HV Switching qualification or Experience
  • ACoPs L8 (Commercial Water Treatment)
  • CMMS and BMS Knowledge.
  • "Permit to Work" knowledge
  • Understand technical drawings and interpret them accordingly
  • Experienced with working in a critical environment / data center is essential
