About the Role

Join the UK's leading data centre operators that focus on offering secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure for businesses and government entities. We are looking for a proactive and ambitiousSales Support Executiveto work closely with our Defence & Intelligence Sales Lead.


You'll play a key role in engaging customers, developing opportunities, and driving growth in one of the most security-sensitive areas of government. This is a unique opportunity to learn the full sales lifecycle, contribute to national infrastructure, and develop into a client-facing sales role within a high-performing, purpose-driven team.


What You'll Do

  • Act as a professional ambassador for the company.
  • Support the sales team through the entire customer journey - from initial contact to handover.
  • Assist with marketing, lead generation, and campaign activities.
  • Coordinate client documentation and ensure timely completion of agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support renewals and growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our technical solutions and customer challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and share insights with the wider team.
  • Engage with internal teams, partners, and wider business initiatives.
  • Contribute to our social media and marketing presence.


What We're Looking For

  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • IT-literate, proficient in Microsoft applications (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-starter, able to work independently and manage your own time effectively.
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred.
