Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a client based in Corsham, who are looking to welcome an Operations and Logistics Administrator into their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive manufacturing company.

DAY TO DAY

  • Providing administration support to the Sales and Purchasing teams
  • Processing and monitoring customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment
  • Organising internal orders and liaising with customers about delays or updates
  • Labelling dangerous goods and preparing associated documentation (training provided)
  • Communicating with freight companies and resolving customs/shipping issues
  • Handling order-specific customer service enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate ERP system records and manual files
  • Supporting goods-in processes and batch creation
  • Recommending improvements to internal systems and procedures

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE

  • Ideally experience in an administrative, operations or logistics support role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach to your work
  • Confident communicator - written and verbal - with internal teams and customers
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment
