Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a client based in Corsham, who are looking to welcome an Operations and Logistics Administrator into their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive manufacturing company.
DAY TO DAY
- Providing administration support to the Sales and Purchasing teams
- Processing and monitoring customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment
- Organising internal orders and liaising with customers about delays or updates
- Labelling dangerous goods and preparing associated documentation (training provided)
- Communicating with freight companies and resolving customs/shipping issues
- Handling order-specific customer service enquiries
- Maintaining accurate ERP system records and manual files
- Supporting goods-in processes and batch creation
- Recommending improvements to internal systems and procedures
WHAT WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE
- Ideally experience in an administrative, operations or logistics support role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach to your work
- Confident communicator - written and verbal - with internal teams and customers
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Willingness to learn and develop in a dynamic environment
