A Sales Administrator is able to thrive under pressure, have a professional manner and be a team player.Role Requirements* To be a success in this role, you will have:* Strong Admin Stills with some Invoicing Experience * Self-motivation and highly organised* Good communication skills, verbal and written* Computer literacy* Able to work under pressureYour Responsibilities (Training can be given)* You will document all sales, ordering and processing of vehicle sales* Invoicing vehicles to end-users and internally between dealerships* Deal effectively with customers and subcontractors requests* Ensuring that all information required to tax vehicles is received in time to allow for scheduled handover* Assisting the sales team in processing a vehicle through the whole sales process* Liaising with the brand regarding vehicle specification and ordering stock* Ensuring that all Government procedures with regards to vehicle taxing are adhered to.Monday to Friday, some flexibility on early start and end times. £28,000 Pro Rata - Depending on Experience, plus excellent Big Company Benefits.Only 30 hours a week, over 5 days a week(maybe 4 with one day mid week) full time hours are 40 a week, #LI-PB1
