Job Title: Nurture Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Contract Type: Maternity Cover - Full Time
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Working hours: 38.5 hours per week, 8:30am - 4:00pm Mon-Fri (one day until 5:00pm for CPD)

Opportunity to lead a nurture provision within a therapeutic SEND school in Coulsdon, supporting students' academic, social and emotional development.

About the role:
Lead the Nurture Faculty, oversee pupil progress, coordinate staff, plan and deliver engaging lessons, and foster an inclusive and supportive culture. Collaborate closely with colleagues, parents and carers to promote positive outcomes.

Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience in a SEND or specialist setting.
- Strong curriculum knowledge and classroom management skills.
