Supply Chain Process Specialist

An ndustry-leading organisation in the Wolverhampton area is looking for a Supply Chain Process Specialist to join the team at a time of transformation and change. Our clients' processes are out of date, and after introducing SAP, they are looking for a candidate to help refine and join the two together.

Key responsibilities:

Process Development: Design, develop, and implement supply chain processes that align with company goals and industry best practices.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Analysis:Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement solutions based on data-driven insights.

Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of supply chain processes.

Project Management: Lead and manage supply chain projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.

Training and Development:

Provide training and support to supply chain staff on new processes and tools. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Compliance:Ensure all supply chain processes comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Reporting:Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on supply chain performance.
