Are you an experienced financial administrator looking for a new challenge in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment?We're looking for Wealth Administrators to join a growing team in Meriden, supporting financial advisers with essential administrative tasks.   • Preparing review packs, valuations, and reports to support client meetings
  • Handling client queries and ensuring a seamless client experience
  • Processing new business submissions and investment rebalances
  • Liaising with advisers, paraplanners, and providers to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintaining accurate client records using back-office systems (experience with Intelligent Office (IO) is a plus but not essential)

  • Previous experience in financial administration
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • A driver's license is required due to office location
