Our work is rooted in strong values of inclusion, empowerment and community and we're looking for someone who shares that ethos to join us as our new Executive Assistant & Office Manager.

This is a varied and rewarding role at the heart of the organisation, providing high-level support to the CEO and ensuring the smooth running of our central office. No two days are the same, and your work will have a direct impact on the lives of the people we support.

What Youll Be Doing:

Providing personal and administrative support to the CEO from managing diaries and meetings, to preparing reports, emails and presentations.

Acting as a key point of contact for trustees, the senior leadership team, and external stakeholders.

Supporting board and senior meetings coordinating schedules, compiling reports, taking minutes, and ensuring timely distribution of documentation.

Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Rugby office ordering supplies, managing visitors, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Supporting wider administrative functions, proofreading documents, and helping with events, tenders, and marketing materials.

What Were Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Office Manager role, ideally within a charity, voluntary organisation or not-for-profit.

A degree or equivalent, with additional qualifications in business or office administration a plus.

Impeccable communication skills written and verbal with the ability to liaise at all levels.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Confident using Microsoft Office, Teams, and modern office systems.

Discretion, diplomacy, and integrity especially when handling sensitive information.
