We are recruiting for an Office and Facilities Manager to join a well-established, family feel business in Coventry on a permanent basis. They are currently seeking a pro-active, highly organised Office and Facilities Manager to become a vital part of their team. This role is a varied role with acting as a Personal Assistant to the CEO and supporting the Board of Management. As an experienced Office and Facilities Manager, your main responsibilities will be:*Diary management to the CEO*Coordinating and managing contractual topics between the organisations and legal team *Managing building facilities *Perform and document audits *Raising purchase orders through SAP*Updating internal systems *Organising and arranging meetings for the Board of Management Skills and experience required for this role:*Strong administrative skills*Effective communicator *IT literate, able to use Microsoft packages and advantages of SAP*Attention to detail *Team player *Organisational skills *Flexibility and adaptable In return the client is offering a salary between £27,000 - £30,000 with 33 days holiday (including statutory holidays) with holiday allowance increasing on length of service. A 5% performance-based bonus and company profit share bonus. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 30 hours a week working from 08:30am - 14:30pm.
