As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be:
- Responsible for surveying, estimating and managing workloads for the electrical team specifically on the void properties for the group.
- To provide quality control, post inspections and supervisory on completed works of trades operatives and sub-contractors
- To carry out works in accordance with trade qualifications and assist the trade operatives to fulfil their work orders.
- Overseeing electrical testing and minor works
Experience and qualifications:
- Strong electrical trade background within a repairs and maintenance environment.
- Knowledge and experience working in higher education or public sector.
- 18th edition and 2391 Inspection and Testing
- NVQ City and Guilds Level 3
