We are looking for a Neighbourhood Team Leader to join a Housing Association, you will lead a team of Neighbourhood Officers dedicated to making a significant impact in our communities.

This role is crucial in developing the team and ensuring consistent service delivery, managing performance to meet challenging targets. With the recent launch of our Tenancy Management Checks and the upcoming Neighbourhood and Block inspection programme, it's an exciting time to come on board.

Day to Day of the Role

  • Manage and support a team of Neighbourhood Officers, ensuring their wellbeing and providing guidance.
  • Oversee tenancy management and address estate issues, including handling Anti-Social Behaviour and sensitive safeguarding matters.
  • Engage in multi-agency work to resolve issues and review regular block and estate inspections.
  • Manage new build properties concerning all tenancy management issues and conduct tenancy reviews.
  • Develop and monitor performance data to ensure optimal team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Active H.
  • Proven management experience in a similar housing-based role.
  • Current clean driving licence and access to a car.
  • Ability to adapt positively to change, demonstrate resilience in challenging situations, and handle conflict effectively.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to act with integrity, and show drive and enthusiasm.
