What you'll be doing
Managing a high-volume sales ledger from end to end
Proactively collecting cash and maintaining agreed credit limits
Building professional relationships with customers through regular contact
Resolving invoice queries efficiently to prevent payment delays
Monitoring aged debt and supporting month-end processes
What we're looking for
Proven experience in a Credit Control role
Confident, professional telephone manner with strong communication skills
Well organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Good working knowledge of Excel
Adaptable and hands-on, ideally from an SME background
