A major lifestyle brand near Coventry (Bedworth) is looking for a Customer Care Executive to join their team on a long-term temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with general enquiries and providing a seamless experience via live chat. You will be working in a wonderful dynamic team set delivering high levels of service. This is a long-term temporary role.
This role is fully office-based and offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-known brand in a dynamic and supportive team.
The role will entail:
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Providing friendly, professional, and efficient support
- Handling product and order enquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
- Ensuring a positive brand experience with every interaction
Applicants must have:
- Strong customer service skills with previous experience in a similar role
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with experience as the role will entail using live chat systems
