About the RoleAs a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers getting in touch with one of our well establised clients. You’ll be taking inbound calls and providing prompt, supportive assistance. Your main focus will be listening carefully, offering reassurance, and helping to identify and report faults efficiently.
Main Responsibilities-
Handle inbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism

Accurately input all relevant customer information into internal systems

Reassure customers by providing timely updates during live issues

Stay calm and think on your feet when dealing with unexpected situations

Adapt to varying call volumes

Occasionally make outbound follow-up calls

Previous experience in customer service or a call centre roleÂ

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Ability to stay composed under pressure and handle queries with care

High level of attention to detail

Confident and friendly manner with a genuine desire to help

Willingness to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

37.5 hours per week:

Four shifts of 7.5 hours

One shift of 7 hours

Rota operates between 6:30am and 10:00pm on a fixed 8-week cycle

Free on-site parking for early, late, weekend, and bank holiday shifts
