What You'll Do:

  • Master Project Coordination: Liaise with residents, internal teams, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and a positive experience for all.
  • Drive Customer Satisfaction: Build and nurture strong relationships with residents, striving to exceed satisfaction targets and KPIs.
  • Logistics Support: Organize and facilitate resident needs-whether it's booking access, providing dust sheets, or assisting with packing and storage.
