Are you a skilled CNC Engineer with a mechanical and electrical background? Looking for a role where you'll be supported, challenged, and rewarded? Based at a busy and advanced manufacturing site in Coventry, you'll be working in the finishing department, maintaining a range of precision cutting machinery and associated equipment. This is a specialised area, and full training will be provided to ensure your success. Your RoleAs a multiskilled engineer, you'll be responsible for both corrective and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), ensuring machinery operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. You'll contribute to downtime reduction, fault diagnosis, and performance optimisation-keeping production lines running at full capacity. You'll also be expected to log maintenance activity, identify recurring issues, suggest improvements, and play an active part in small project teams working on process improvement and capital projects. What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a practical, solutions-driven individual with a background in CNC Servicing, electrical or mechanical maintenance. You should be computer literate, confident working with production machinery, and able to adapt quickly to new processes and equipment. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is ideal. Most importantly, you'll bring a positive attitude, a collaborative approach, and a genuine desire to make a difference within a growing team.
