What You Will Do:

• Manage a caseload of various complex employee relations matters, including discipline, grievance, absence, and performance management.

• Provide effective support for disciplinary actions, employee grievances, performance improvement plans, and absence management.

• Support line managers by chairing absence reviews, disciplinary and grievance investigations, and hearings, up to and including dismissal and appeal processes.

• Use a coaching leadership style to build relationships and influence managers, ensuring effective outcomes.

• Make recommendations on appropriate case outcomes based on thorough risk analysis.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to support the company’s HR objectives.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle a complex caseload effectively.

• Excellent organisational and coaching skills, with ability to engage and support managers.

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient IT skills, including MS Word and MS Excel, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A rational and analytical approach to decision-making, using critical thinking and data analysis to inform outcomes.
