We are seeking a Business Reporting Administrator to support in performance tracking and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting key business processes, and contributing to clear, effective reporting that supports strategic decision-making.

This role sits at the heart of performance reporting, supporting Finance and Operations with timely and accurate data and reports. You’ll play a key role in the smooth running of performance tracking processes and help ensure data integrity across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collation, validation, and distribution of in-year ODI performance data.
  • Work closely with Finance and Operational teams to support regular reporting cycles.
  • Maintain and update reporting tools and trackers to ensure consistent and accurate performance data.
  • Provide administrative support to performance reporting processes, including version control, filing, and document organisation.
  • Help identify inconsistencies or gaps in data and flag these to the relevant teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
  • Comfortable using Excel and other reporting tools to organise and present data.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work closely with multiple teams.
  • Skilled at managing tasks to deadlines and supporting wider reporting objectives.
  • Willing to learn and support continuous improvement of reporting practices.
  • Proactive in maintaining and improving reporting processes and documentation.
  • Strong Excel skills; formula’s
  • Previous experience in a business administration/reporting role.
  • Good understanding of data accuracy and the importance of structured reporting.
  • Experience supporting teams with reporting and system-based documentation is an advantage.
