Senior Finance Business Partner

Location: Warwickshire area with national travel required

Salary - up to £75K plus car allowance

T2M Resourcing has been appointed to assist in the recruit of a Senior Finance Business Partner for a major company.

What will you be doing?

In this newly created role, as Senior Finance Business Partner, you will partner with Regional MDs and Directors to support the delivery of a customer and profitable growth strategy.

Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:

  • Strategic Finance Leadership: Support the implementation, delivery and on-going tracking of key regional initiatives to deliver sales and EBITDA growth
  • Business Partnering: Contribute to the achievement of the business objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy; focusing on identifying and driving improvement to the bottom line.
  • Decision Support: Generate insightful reporting and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and ultimately support the profitable growth of the business.
  • Performance Management and Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify and address discrepancies between planned and actual financial performance.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Manage the financial planning process and own the production of the budget and re-forecasts for the relevant functional cost bases.

What are we looking for from this Senior Finance Business Partner?

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent accounting qualification with commercial experienced gained post qualification
  • Proven ability to turn data analysis into profit
  • Proficient in financial modelling, but able to summarise the big picture simply and clearly
  • Experience of working with Exec members and with cross functional and matrix structured working environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively
  • A clear presenter of data, and confident dealing directly with senior stakeholders
  • Regular UK Travel required.
