My client is a large manufacturing organisation based in Coventry looking for a full time or part time Administrator.
Description
- Update and maintain filing systems
- Manage office purchasing and supplies
- Coordination and maintenance of office IT equipment
- Work with the manager to develop content inline with brand strategy
- Co-ordinate Facilities and Maintenance contractors as required
- Handle dispatch notes, shipments and invoices
- Deal with a variety of different queries from customer, suppliers and sales manager
- Raise CC warranty forms - follow until closed
- Prepare, organise and reconcile weekly parts deliveries to ensure engineers have adequate stock to complete repairs, liaising with purchasing & procurement team
- Produce accurate reports on vehicle status' for circulation to customers highlighting priorities and facilitate decision making
Profile
- Experience as an Administrator
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
- Can commute to Coventry
