I'm looking for a Carpenter Multi Trade for a project doing reactive maintenance in tenanted Social Housing Properties in Coventry. This is an ongoing contract for the next 6 months
The Carpenter Multi Trade will be expected to:
- Carpentry such as skirting, doors, boxing in, repairs etc
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Touching up and finishing
Ideally I'm looking to speak to a Carpenter Multi Trade that has:
- Experience doing reactive maintenance
- Experience in social housing properties
- Their own van
And in return, the Carpenter Multi Trade will receive:
- 22 per hour
- Ongoing work
- Chance for permanent work if the carpenter wants (receives a van and feul card)
