Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teacher of Mathematics to join a progressive and supportive educational organisation. This role is suitable for both Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners who are passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and raising student achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Maths teaching across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons
- Raise standards of achievement and remove barriers to learning
- Track, assess, and report on student progress
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice
- Contribute positively to the wider development of the organisation
- Uphold safeguarding and professional standards at all times
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Suitable for Early Career Teachers and experienced teachers
- Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Mathematics
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and organisational skills
- Commitment to professional development
- Willingness to undertake enhanced DBS and social media checks
- Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available)
