SF are thrilled to be working with a fantastic services business who are looking for a skilled HR Advisor to come and join their forward-thinking and strong cultured team based over in Coventry. This is a fantastic position for a HR Advisor who is confident and self-sufficient working within a fast paced HR function. We are looking for someone with experince in both the ER and recruitment side of HR, someone who is happy to get stuck in and roll their sleeves up and working with a close-nit team. 

This role would be ideal for an Advisor who is able to coach and support line management/ stakhoders with day to day HR and who has been working within a HR function for at least 3/4 years would be ideal. 

Day to day will include: 

  • Supporting different stakholders with recruitment processes 
  • Recruitment activities such as monitoring the process and sourcing candidates 
  • ER case work - you dont have to have dealt with complex level just lower level and practicle working knowldge will be fine
  • Support and coach line management on HR best practice 
  • Providing KPI data and utilising the HRIS system 

Skills:

  • Confident and engaging HR professional 
  • Expeirce of ER case work 
  • Experince in coordinating different recruitment processes
  • Good knowledge of UK employment lae
  • Confident with systems and IT 
  • Longevity within a fast paced HR function 

This is a hybrid role with 1/2 days from home, however office presence is preferred in order to be present with the team and relevant stakeholders.
