Our client is a leading food business who supply to a variety of the major retailers. As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Quality Manager to join their business.

In this Quality Manager position, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Manage a team of QA's and enforce quality and customer service standards.
* Manage administrative systems and handle customer complaints.
* Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to site quality systems and standards.
* Ensure that product meets specification and that food safety objectives are attained.
* Deliver correct quantities to customer specifications.
* Conduct daily product inspections and room/equipment inspections.
* Attend daily meetings to provide accurate information for production planning.
* Assist in the enforcement of all food safety programs and work closely with production and sales teams.
