Join a specialist manufacturing team in Coventry, contributing to the build and refinement of bespoke mechanical systems used in advanced vehicle platforms and innovative R&D projects.Mechanical Fitter Responsibilities:

Assemble complex mechanical systems to tight tolerances.
Use hand tools, torque equipment, and fitting jigs with accuracy and care.
Interpret technical drawings and build instructions to deliver consistent results.
Perform visual and dimensional checks to ensure all builds meet required specs.
Collaborate with quality and production teams to maintain build integrity.
Drive adherence to lean principles and support process improvements on the shop floor.

Mechanical Fitter Knowledge:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Fitter in a precision or bespoke manufacturing setting.
Ability to read and follow complex engineering drawings and build manuals.
Strong mechanical knowledge including assembly, alignment, and test/fit of components.
Passion for hands-on work and a commitment to high standards.
