Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of property insurance claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

  • Liaise professionally with insurers, brokers, loss adjusters, policyholders, and technicians.

  • Gather, assess, and process claim information and documentation.

  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and claim developments.

  • Produce clear, professional reports based on technician findings.
