Were on the lookout for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer who thrives in fast-moving environments and is passionate about keeping high-performance machinery running at peak efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Take ownership of maintenance and repair across a broad range of production equipment
- Tackle breakdowns head-on and carry out proactive, planned maintenance
- Install, commission, and maintain CNC and foundry machinery
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects that drive operational excellence
- Apply your fabrication and fault-finding expertise to solve problems efficiently
- Follow and close work orders for PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks
What You Bring:
- Solid experience in metal works and heavy industrial machinery
- Proven skills in machinery installation, commissioning, and hands-on repair
- Strong background in CNC maintenance, fault-finding, and schematic interpretation
- Familiarity with PLC fault diagnosis
- NVQ Level 3 (electrical or mechanical) is essential
- A team-first mindset with great communication skills and a reliable, flexible approach

Your Shift Pattern:
5 & 2 Pattern 12-Hour Days 41 Hours/Week
- Week 1: MonTue ON WedThu OFF FriSat ON
- Week 2: MonTue OFF WedThu ON FriSun OFF
