Your new company
You will be working for a highly recognised Tier One Infrastructure company who are one of the market leaders within Civil Engineering, working with clients such as National Highways and local authorities. This project is part of the National Highways Scheme Delivery Framework (SDF) and involves edge-to-edge drainage, CCTV, de-vegging and patch repairs on multiple projects across the Coventry, Southern Birmingham and Warwickshire area. In particular, they are looking for a Supervisor/Foreman to work night shifts.
Your new role
- Supervise labour, plant, transport and equipment on site for up to 3-5 gangs. Ensuring that operations are carried out in a safe manner
- Manage and ensure all types of groundworks, drainage and de-vegging to the required specification, standard and on time, as directed by Site Management.
- Carry out briefings to ensure teams are aware of the requirement risks.
- Having a full understanding of construction, on-site rules and regulations, works information including specifications and drawings.

- National Highways Project Experience
- National Highways Passport (Desirable)
- Safety Critical Medical (Desirable)
- SSSTS
