Site Manager required immediately to oversee a large Social Housing Contract in the Coventry area

Managing a section of upgrades within occupied housing throughout the Leicester, the candidate will be monitoring the Programme on behalf of the client, work will consist of full External Wall Insulation and De-carbonisation Green Deal works

ideal candidate would be from a decent homes background or similar and be able to work well under pressure and within occupied housing, having social housing experience would be an advantage, this is an immediate start with the option for temp/perm

SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness, First Aid and Black/Gold CSCS card required
