Robert Half are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support a fantastic business based in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling DBS and a sound understanding of TUPE. This role is temporary and you must be available to start immediately.
- Manage and process DBS checks in line with current regulations and company policy
- Support the coordination and administration of TUPE transfers, including data collation, employee communications, and due diligence
- Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS system accordingly
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
- Assist in recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and reference checks
- Support employee lifecycle activities: starters, leavers, changes to terms and conditions
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism
- Respond to HR-related queries from staff and management in a timely and supportive manner
- Ensure all HR administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely fashion
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
This role is initially based on site, however after your training period you will be able to work 2 days from home per week.
