This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative capabilities and a background in recruitment and onboarding processes.Key Responsibilities: HR Administrator
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new starter documentation is complete and accurate
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR
- Support in the preparation of HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Respond to general HR queries from employees and line managers in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records
- Ensure all HR processes are followed in line with company policies and procedures
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in an HR administrative role is essential
- Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediately available or available at short notice
