This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative capabilities and a background in recruitment and onboarding processes.Key Responsibilities: HR Administrator

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
  • Assist with onboarding processes, ensuring new starter documentation is complete and accurate
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR
  • Support in the preparation of HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
  • Respond to general HR queries from employees and line managers in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in organising training sessions and maintaining training records
  • Ensure all HR processes are followed in line with company policies and procedures

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role is essential
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Immediately available or available at short notice
