HR Data Administrator - Temporary Assignment

I am recruiting for an immediate start within my clients HR Team. Due to a new system change, I am looking for an organised individual with a great eye for detail.

Your responsibilities will be data correction, data cleansing, ultimately moving HR data from one system to the other, ensuring all of the data and information is correct. This role is essential to ensure the integrity of their HR systems and will involve reviewing, correcting, and updating data across multiple platforms.

Job role:

  • Review and audit existing HR data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
  • Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in employee records (e.g., personal details, job titles, reporting lines)
  • Cleanse duplicate or outdated information within HR databases (e.g., HRIS, Excel spreadsheets)
  • Work with HR team members to validate or gather missing information
  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies and confidentiality standards
  • Update and maintain accurate records following agreed processes and timelines
  • Assist in preparing reports or summaries related to the data cleansing project
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

About you:

  • Previous experience in HR administration, data entry, or data management
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently, follow processes, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Understanding of GDPR and data confidentiality principles is an advantage
