A newly created role, tasked with fostering a CI & lean culture across the organisations warehousing & distribution network. As CI Team Leader, you'll play a central role in delivering tactical improvement projects across inventory and distribution operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys solving real-world operational challenges, engaging teams, and embedding best practices across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead CI Projects: Plan and deliver targeted continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency across warehousing and distribution.
Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyse performance data to uncover inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and identify improvement opportunities.
Deploy CI Tools: Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to streamline processes and drive measurable results.
Team Engagement: Partner with warehouse teams and other departments to build a CI culture rooted in proactive problem-solving and collaboration.
Training & Coaching: Deliver hands-on coaching and training sessions to develop CI capabilities across teams.
Measure & Sustain Improvements: Define and track KPIs to assess progress and ensure long-term adoption of improvements.
Support Strategic Projects: Assist the CI Manager with broader initiatives and contribute to the long-term CI roadmap.
