A respected Christian non-profit organisation is seeking a Director of Strategic Projects to lead the delivery of its long-term strategic plan. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a diverse and community-focused institution, working alongside senior leaders to bring about meaningful, lasting change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of organisation-wide programmes and projects.
  • Managing budgets & create accurate forecasts
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategic direction and secure external funding.
  • Oversee programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Build and manage a high-performing Programme Management Office.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on change management and organisational transformation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in strategic programme delivery within complex organisations.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to manage change.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Project/programme management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, APM PMQ, PMI).
  • A practising Christian faith (Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010).
