A respected Christian non-profit organisation is seeking a Director of Strategic Projects to lead the delivery of its long-term strategic plan. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of organisation-wide programmes and projects.
- Managing budgets & create accurate forecasts
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategic direction and secure external funding.
- Oversee programme governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Build and manage a high-performing Programme Management Office.
- Act as a trusted advisor on change management and organisational transformation.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in strategic programme delivery within complex organisations.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to manage change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Project/programme management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, MSP, APM PMQ, PMI).
- A practising Christian faith (Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010).
What’s in It for You
- Salary: £57,000 – £59,000 per annum
- Pension: 8.5% employer contribution (non-contributory scheme)
