Description

Manage and deliver a portfolio of strategic projects and initiatives.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and company goals.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams.
Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project portfolio.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Profile

A successful Programme Manager should have:

Proven experience in Programme/Project management within the automotive/mechanical sector
Experience working with automotive, mechanical or engineering clients
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A strong understanding of project management methodologies.
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Job Offer

A competitive daily rate of between 450-600 per day, inside IR35
6 month contract, with high probability of further extension
