I’m recruiting for a well-established and reputable accountancy firm based in Coventry, offering a range of services to businesses and individuals across various sectors. We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable receptionist to be the first point of contact for their clients and visitors.

As a receptionist, you will be responsible for:• Greeting and directing clients and visitors in a courteous and efficient manner• Answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages and handling enquiries• Managing the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable• Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail• Booking and preparing meeting rooms and refreshments• Providing administrative support to the accountants and other staff members• Maintaining office supplies and equipment• Managing the Directors Diary 

Ideally you will have/be:• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an accountancy or professional services environment• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and Outlook• A friendly, positive and helpful attitude• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail• The ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure• A flexible and adaptable approach to work
