Your new roleReceptionist Position at Primary School in RugbyWe are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our vibrant primary school in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our friendly team and contribute to the smooth running of our school.Position Details:

  • Start Date: Monday, 28th April 2025
  • Working Hours: 08:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Duration: Long-term placement until July 2025, with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the school's front desk and serving as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff.
  • Handling telephone enquiries with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Performing administrative duties efficiently and accurately, supporting the smooth operation of the school office.
  • Managing data and records using SIMS (School Information Management System) software.
  • Utilising basic computer knowledge for day-to-day administrative tasks.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Exceptional telephone skills with a strong, confident manner.
  • Excellent people skills to interact positively with all members of the school community.
  • Strong administrative experience with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in using SIMS software is essential.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with common office software.
