Component Inspector

Component Inspector - 12 month contract

Salary: 30.76ph + overtime

Location: Coventry

My client is at the forefront of the global aerospace industry and this role lends perfectly for a machinist to have exposure to the wider business, potentially leading to further opportunities

As a Component Inspector you will be doing:

• Must be able to critique parts, undertaking both visually and dimensionally inspecting components.
• Using an array or inspection and measurement equipment
• Maintaining excellent quality standards
• Assessment of whether the quality of components produced within the facility meets the required standards

Experience and skillset - Component Inspector

• MUST HAVE completed an advanced modern engineering apprenticeship and an NVQ/SVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• Using micrometres and other manual inspection gauges
• CMM and inspection
• Clear and demonstrated understanding of drawing interpretation, calibration, dimensional and visual inspection.
