About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Advanced Practitioner to join Coventry City Council.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will manage complex caseloads assigned by a Team Manager, including planned intensive interventions for parents, carers, children in need, children under protection, and looked-after children and young people. You will implement, monitor, and review care plans through multi-agency meetings, develop effective partnerships with families and carers, and collaborate with professionals to improve outcomes. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records using management information systems (MIS), preparing reports for court and statutory panels, and adhering to the Social Work England Professional Code of Practice for Social Workers. Flexibility to work outside office hours is required to meet client needs.

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
