Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN or additional learning needs.

Assist in intervention groups, helping children catch up in areas such as phonics and times tables.

Work closely with the classroom teacher to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Adapt teaching strategies to meet the individual needs of students.

Ideal Candidate:

CACHE or NVQ Level 2+ in Teaching Assistant (desirable) or proven experience working in a UK Primary school.

Previous experience supporting children with SEN or in intervention settings is a plus.

A proactive and flexible approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for supporting children's educational development and helping them succeed.

Pay Rate: 90 - 105 per day (depending on experience)
