Our learners are vibrant, unique, and full of potential. We are here to unlock it, and we need you to help.The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be at the heart of our learning journey. You will support them in the classroom, during enrichment activities, and throughout their day-building trust, boosting confidence, and helping them thrive academically and socially.Your day might include:

  • One-to-one and small group support
  • Assisting with communication and sensory needs
  • Promoting independence and life skills
  • Collaborating with therapists, tutors, and families
  • Celebrating every milestone, big or small

  • Previous experience supporting SEN learners or adults with additional needs
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
