Location: Coventry
Salary: £46,000 + Pension + Overtime + Extensive Benefits
Permanent Night Shift – 9.45pm - 6am (Sunday - Thursday.)

Key Skills
- Apprentice Trained Engineer in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Experience of PLC systems & Automated Machinery
- Understanding of PPM Systems
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards whilst maximising machine efficiencies. Reporting to the engineering manager you will be working on several fast moving lines, driven by PLC automated control systems. The ideal candidate will therefore come from a manufacturing background with a formal electrical or mechanical apprenticeship and the ability to modify and interrogate PLC’s. On a day to day basis, you will be working on the PPM system, completing project based work and responding to maintenance breakdowns to maximise machinery uptime. The company offer an ongoing comprehensive training program, so the successful candidate will have the ability to broaden their skills considerably.
