Pay: 28,000 to 32,000
Role Overview: Join our client's Operations team as an Import Admin. You'll handle customer interactions, customs clearance, delivery confirmations, and financial processes. Monitor shipments, communicate delays, and build customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Main contact for customers
- Support customs clearance
- Confirm delivery requirements
- Monitor and communicate shipment progress
- Present and report on calls
- Resolve queries and complaints
- Ensure accurate invoicing
Requirements:
- Knowledge of import airfreight operations
- Preferred experience with CDS customs clearance
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Cargowise or Salesforce is a plus
