Area to be covered: South (ideally South East, Kent, Sussex, Surrey)
Remuneration: £36,000 + £5,000 bonus
Benefits: electric, hybrid or diesel company car & full benefits
The role of the Area Sales Manager - Building Materials will involve:
- Field sales position selling a range of roofing & building materials products such as: roof tiles, insulation, solar panels & facades
- 50% of your time will be spent selling to national & independent merchants such as SIG, Skyline etc
- The remaining 50% will be spent selling to architects, developers and roofing contractor
- All of you time will be spent account managing
- Turnover target is to be determined however long term would want you adding £1m
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Building Materials with:
- Ideally a roofing tradesman / roofer looking to come off the tools
- Would consider an internal sales or trade counter background from a merchant or distribution
- Entry level so would suit someone at the beginning of their career
- Driven, hungry and can both work autonomously and as part of a team
