Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Employee Relations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in driving our client's success by:
- Providing high-level administrative and organisational support to the Employee Relations Managers and Advisors.
- Co-coordinating Employment Tribunal responses, working closely with managers, solicitors, and witnesses.
- Supporting the administration of complex Employee Relations casework, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals.
- Maintaining and updating the Employee Relations case management system (Assure/Selenity), trackers, and reports.
- Taking minutes at complex and sensitive Employee Relations meetings.
- Managing the transcription service, ensuring timely booking and effective cost management.
- Serving as a point of contact for Employee Relations queries and appropriately escalating formal issues.
- Supporting Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) processes and statutory reporting deadlines.
- Assisting with HR project coordination and organising training events.
Candidate Requirements:
We're looking for enthusiastic candidates who possess:
- CIPD Level 3 or are working towards Level 5 (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in HR administration within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- A confident demeanour when handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in supporting employment tribunal processes is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
